Diss Computer Club meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month, from 7pm until 10pm, in the Residents’ Meeting Room, Taylor Road, Diss.
Members are computer enthusiasts - all skill levels, all ages - and are happy to exchange tips, knowledge and experiences as not everyone knows everything!
The fee for each meeting is £3 which includes tea/coffee & biscuits. There is a wireless internet connection and this is included in your £3 payment.
We will gladly accept donations of redundant laptops or desktop PCs. This equipment can be stored on the Club premises for use by members who don’t have a laptop or don’t wish to carry heavy desktop computers from home. When arriving with your own laptop you might find it useful to bring a 2-3 metre extension cable. We don’t repair equipment or run computer classes but invite anyone who has a computer to come along to offer, or ask for, advice or just chat with like-minded people.
