The number of incidents of dog fouling reported in Diss has been increasing for some time and in order to tackle this anti social and unpleasant problem Diss Town Council are introducing Dog Control Orders with effect from 13th July 2009. The power to introduce these Orders has been given to local authorities under the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005. For more details about the orders click here.
